Excellent place to stay in Porto. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Just be very aware this hotel has a lot of stairs and requires good mobility to ascend and reach your room this is the only downside

It was a little difficult to find Vivacity but more than up with it's facilities. We had 2 bedroom apartment with comfortable beds, good bathroom & toilet Very clean. Immediately outside were restaurants & bars - perfect for us. We were very happy with our stay.

Budget hotel around 20 minutes walk from the river. Close to Hard Rock Cafe and the big central square. It is a steep uphill walk but that's normal for Porto. Small budget rooms. No safe or kettle but a great shower! TV has all apps too like YouTube. Warm and air conditioning. Quiet. Very basic breakfast of cereal cheese ham toast and a few bits but more than ok to set you up for the day. For a 2 night stay, all good for us

The hotel has a great location and clean and very well maintained. However, the one at the front desk does not speak a word of english so it was hard for us to understand each other plus the hallway because my room is in the 2nd building was so dark and creepy.

Lovely stay

This was a great apartment, good value for money and very central to lots of tourist attractions with plenty choice or cafes, bakerys and bars literally on the door step. Very clean.

We stayed in this studio for just one night before our trip to Lisbon, and I must say it's a great location. It's easy to find, check-in took just minutes, and the door to our studio opened right in front of us. Everything is very clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the bed is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is large and clean. From the window, you can see the small restaurants below. When you exit the building, there's a wonderful little cafe downstairs with excellent pastries and fantastic coffee, and everything is affordable. All the sights are within walking distance because the hotel is located right in the center. Everything was great, and the 9.2 rating is absolutely right.
