Perfect hotel in the center of Porto. Everything was within a good walking distance and if it wasn’t, getting a Bolt or Uber wasn’t a struggle. The room is gorgeous & we received complimentary wine. Hotel staff was kind and insightful. On site amenities such as the indoor pool and spa felt luxurious. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Porto.

Fabulous hotel in Porto! Wonderful attentive and helpful staff. The spa was delightful. You can walk to everything from the hotel. It is very close to the clérigos tower and the Lello bookstore. One small warning, the shower is full glass in the center of the hotel room with zero privacy. The room with the toilet also offers very little privacy.

What a beautiful hotel, right in the heart of everything. Staff were amazing and tried to help with everything from dinner reservations and recommendations, to sights we must see. The breakfast option was great, really great selection to get your day started. 10/10 would stay here again and again.

We had a mixed experience. Service and food were excellent, room was beautiful, but sinks did not drain, the lighting system was complicated to use and were woken all three night by yelling outside. Complained to desk. but they didn’t offer to move us.

We spent 2 nights in Porto and could not have higher praise for this hotel! The staff were welcoming from the first minute and made you feel like a VIP, the rooms were clean and extremely nice! By far one of the best hotels stays that I have ever experienced. The hotel is situated in a wonderful, central location. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and anticipatory of your needs. The bar is well appointed. The beds are PHENOMENAL and the rooms pretty quiet, even during the World Cup games occurring. I cannot wait to return.
