I would happily return!

Beautiful place, super clean and tidy, service was very good, huge breakfast selection and I could hear the beach from where I was staying. Overall very happy with my room and hotel!

Estadia agradável e descontraída.

Excelente localização, a escassos metros das piscinas naturais, o quarto era confortável, asseado e com varanda. O staff foi muito simpático e prestável. O pequeno almoço era muito completo e as refeições que realizámos no restaurante do hotel foram muito agradáveis. O único senão foi a dificuldade em encontrar estacionamento na zona, a determinadas horas.

Well situated (50m away from the natural pool). Nice restaurants also realy close from the hôtel. Shower was leaking and the room smelled a little weird. Bed were okay. Staff was realy nice and helpful.

Cute little hotel near the ocean

Cute little hotel with great views of the ocean and the natural swimming pool. Only thing with the hotel is you must rent a car as it is at least an hour away from the main city of Funchal. The drive though is very picturesque. I loved staying at this place and they put out a decent breakfast. Please be aware though that the reception is usually unmanned and if you are arriving late you must inform them. Don't arrive after 10:00PM as you would not be able to check-in and maybe left stranded. There is no WIFI connection in the rooms which was very annoying. You have to come down to the reception if you wanted to connect to wifi. A short drive from the hotel is Se Vicente and Siexal both nice places to visit. The caves are also close by. These are activities you can do on your own if you have a car.
