"This was a great place to stay to be close to EVERYTHING! The stove top was hard to figure out even with the manual, never ended up using it. Paper towels were not provided and did not have much toilet paper provided so be prepared to buy some. Location was excellent so those things were not that big of a deal. Would recommend and use again."

"This hotel is walking distance from Arrivals and so close that there is no need for cab and shuttle. However, the room is quite small, and the lighting is so poor that you can't adjust the Temp Controls without light from your cell phone. I give it full marks for convenience and location, but would not want to spend more than 1 night."

"We arrived early and the staff were friendly and took all our details so that when we came back to check in we just had to be handed our keys. We were also able to store our suitcases. Our room was amazing. I especially loved the bathroom. Everything was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels supplied. The hotel is situated about a 5 minute walk from Liberdade so easy to access everything without getting lost"

"The room was very clean, furniture was in good condition, mattress was comfortable. The staff is professional and delivers excellent customer service. The food was also excellent and well prepared. This is the 3 rd time I have stayed at this hotel during one year and I will be staying again in the future. Close to the airport and excellent location to explore other environs in Lisbon."
