"Tivemos problema no segundo dia da estádia, deixaram uma observação no quarto que ficaríamos sem água quente, que ás 15:00 h voltaria, retornarmos da praia as 18:00 e ainda não tinha regularizado o problema com o aquecimento da água, ficamos mais um tempo esperando resolver e nada, até que fizemos a reclamação com a recepção e com muito custo conseguimos trocar de quarto. E tivemos outro problema no mesmo dia com vazamento de água no box do banheiro, que percorreu até no fim da estádia, e fora o...

"We loved all the landscaping with lush greenery made our room feel very private and beautiful. The hammock was great for relaxing. De inside decor is dated. Room service was bizarre. We could tell that our room was service but only the because the bed was partially made, or the bathroom mat changed, or a towel rack placed on the room, or a dead flower removed. It was strange and each day a surprise. "
