LUXURY VILLA WITH ALL COMFORTS, SWIMMING POOL.

  • Beautiful villa completed in 2011, with swimming pool common to another villa (outdoor shower). Comfortable, neat and nice quality interior. nice and quiet place, close to sandy beaches (1st beach 2 km). Ideal for family vacations.

    A terrace with table and 6 chairs in wicker, parasol, a local cooking with gas Webber BBQ. Plancha on request.

    1 living / dining room, sofa, furniture, TV, air conditioning.

    1 kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes.

    Toilet with hand washing

    Cellar: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

    Bathrooms: large Italian shower, sink 2 basins, toilet, bidet.

    3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed in 140 and 1 with 2 beds 90. Large closets and air conditioning. Each room opens onto a terrace.

    The bedrooms, kitchen and living room are equipped with motorized shutters, with an order to the entrance of the house for opening and closing all the shutters.
