To start communication was prompt and comprehensive. This out of the way hotel with its own private garden is far from the sounds of the city center and just a 2 minute walk from shops and dining. The room was clean and well laid out and the service was first rate. I was concerned about not having cell coverage to connect to their system, however it was not an issue. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful

Unique historical hotel with old city walls within the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a great breakfast.

(We traveled 9 days in Italy during what locals called the "off season" from March 6th to March 17th, 2015). We traveled from the U.S. 88 Miglia was spectacular. The best view in all of La Spezia. The hike to the hotel took us through a nice neighborhood with cool views. The owners were so nice and welcomed us well. We took the local train to Manarola and Riomaggiore in the Cinque Terre area (very close to La Spezia). We would visit 88 Miglia again!

Great location with gorgeous views and the room had everything we hoped for. The host Daniela was so sweet and welcoming. She is a great resource for figuring out what to see and how to see it. Easy access to cinque terre and the town of La spezia. Outstanding pizzeria right up the hill. Only gripe, make sure to check if the room you are booking has a stand up shower (not just a tub with a spray nozzle).

Perfect location near the Train Station to go to Cin

5TP was A++. Loris, our point of contact at the hotel was amazing. The service she provided was well above what you'd expect at the price point. From welcoming us, to her suggestions, to the check out process... flawless. She was clearly passionate about giving us the best experience. Info with directions for arrival were clear and simple. Lots to do within walking distance. From restaurants to the marina with all the beautiful boats. We enjoyed great food and wine during our stay and took the ferry to Montarro and Monterosso for the day. Took the train back. Cinque Terre is easily reachable for day trips from this location.

Amazing location with stunning views of the Vernazza harbor! The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The small bathroom was fine for us but others might need more room. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was furnished with plenty to cook a meal for yourself. We loved watching sunset on the balcony. A gem!

Absolutely Breath taking views and wonderful experience. The only drawback was the climb from our parked car to the room. But the owner was amazing. He spent almost an hour telling us the history and practical ways to enjoy Cinque Terre.

This was such a lovely little place in Riomaggiore! The accommodations were comfortable and Andrea went out of his way to welcome us and even carried our luggage up all the stairs for us! This whole area is VERY hilly and there are LOTS of steps everywhere, so be prepared for a great leg workout!

Loved the breakfast and rooftop bar at sunset! Highly recommend, half way between two beautiful coastal villages!
