Family run friendly German business

Incredibly kind staff, amazing breakfast, cozy rooms. Would recommend!

This was the most luxurious and amazing stay we have ever experienced! The staff was phenomenal ensuring our stay was simply magical! The ambience can not be matched! We were treated royally our entire stay. We will definitely return to this establishment anytime we visit Cologne! We were even able to meet the owner and he was very gracious! Hands down the best stay and experience ever!! We could not have asked for better accommodations to celebrate our Anniversary! Most Sincerely, The Browns

Staff at this hotel are friendly. Especially Daniel, he gave us recommendations for food and nightlife. Location is prime for train travel.

From the check in process to all the way to check out and preparing our rental car for our next destination was amazing and thoughtfully done. The location is amazing and i would not consider anything else if i am staying in Cologne again.

I am a solo traveler and I was looking for a hotel not too far from the cathedral and that offered parking and breakfast. This hotel was a good option and it had a great location. 20 minutes walking to the catedral, next to the arena too and there is a train station near by and many restaurants around the area. Rooms were Clean, Very comfortable and staff was amazing.

Clean room, helpful staff, convenient location for early flight

Perfect location if you’re going to a concert at the Palladium. Brand new property with restaurants close by. Friendly staff and everything was so clean! Will stay here again for sure!

Excellent staff. Very helpful. very clean property.

We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Germany this year but this has been, by far, the best experience all the way around. They did not use COVID-19 as an excuse why they didn’t or have anything that your paying for anyway such as cleaning your room. The staff was just perfect. Our view of the Dom from our room was incredible and the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better!

A stunning view! Peaceful area! Nice and comfortable room! Beds excellent!

Location was great!

Super chic, room is well thought out for layout and nice view of the Church of St.Ursula. Also located in central area close to Koln Trainstation.

We like it

Amazing designed hotel, with nice edge while remaining upscale. Excellent staff and service. Will stay here again!
