"The room was a bit cramped for 2 people. However, the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is very walkable to Chicago’s highlights and there is a metro station right around the block."

"Generally excellent. Breakfast outstanding. Somewhat noisy with all ambulance sirens at least hourly X 24 hrs. A/C system did not work well; it was had to maintain a desirable room temp; called engineering and they were very responsive to checking the room air vents when we complained we were not getting enough fresh air at night; the loovers were not all open which was part of the problem but the basic problem was the angle fresh air was coming in, from the side of the vent and could go in other directions and not into the room "

"We celebrated a 65th birthday in Chicago. The location was perfect for restaurants and site seeing. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour was great. Staff was friendly. "
