"This hotel is at excellent location.. Hotel staff is amazing and very helpful. They help arranging dinner, taxis, sunset tours. Room was cleaned twice a day."

"This property is overpriced for the mediocre rooms they offer. Our door handle was broken, the bathroom hardware needed to be seriously upgraded & shower clogged. We mentioned it to the manager and his reply was they would look into it. The only redeeming quality was the view. Servers were polite but extremely slow. I wish I could give a better rating but for the money they charge, they should upgrade their facilities"

The breakfast was wonderful as well. The rooftop pool was outstanding. Our stay in Positano was everything we had hoped for and more. We will definitely be returning!"

"Carla was very nice. She’s happy to bring breakfast in the morning, and even provide recommendations to restaurants or even coordinate excursions. My wife and I didn’t know this prior to our trip so we already had our days planned out during our stay. However, it’s nice to know that’s an option. The views and location of the property is great. Very close to good places to eat and is an easy walk down to the beach and not a bad hike back up compared to other places. Where things fell short...

"If you are staying in Positano, there's no better spot than Bougainville! The location was probably the best part - right in the middle of the mountain, on the main (middle) road, five minute walk down to the city center. It was high up enough the mountain to have a good view and be a little bit quieter, but close enough to everything that the uphill walk was not bad. Room was super nice and clean, and the staff were 10/10. Very accommodating, had great recommendations for places to go and...
