The neighborhood was very nice and the home was neat and clean and had the supplies we needed to stay the short time we were there management was very responsive and answered. All questions in a timely fashion. Only recommendation would be to check the sink water pressure in bathrooms. Other than that, we would definitely recommend and stay at this property again."

"Cockroaches in the sink, washing machine half full of water not able to drain, tried to shave and water wouldn’t drain, pool sticks had no tips, and sketchy neighborhood. We had out of town guests staying in Lubbock for first time to attend a wedding. Was embarrassed, the only positive was it was convenient to the wedding venue."

We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3.
