"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"Very comfortable stay, the room decor is beautiful, the location is great, the cleaning service is excellent, they are always cheerful, helpful and welcoming, and there are free entertainment games at the reception, which made the place even more beloved."
"Room was clean and very spacious. We stayed on 5th floor so the room was quiet and we did not hear any street noises. The AC unit is quiet and can be adjusted. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose to have a breakfasts at the Hetman Hotel there is huge selection of items including eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, salads. We enjoyed are 3 nights stay at Hetman Hotel."
