Service that trumps minor details

My stay was a brilliant experience. The small details that count as downsides were greatly overpowered by the great service... I was treated as valued from the moment I stepped in and staff went above and beyond what was expected of them. I made many additional requests and all of which were accommodated with a smile. To me personally, all the minor details that could have been better mean nothing in comparison to how I was treated while I was there.

a new opinion bout Potch

i was very surprised by the quality of the rooms, i have travelled the world and stayed in the lowest of lows and some of the highest of highs but have never come across a standard room with this level of quality. The only negatives were limited tv channels and even though they offered breakfasts they were not really worth the price and it would have been cheaper to eat our at a food chain and actually be able to order what you want
