"This is a lovely old hotel. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. Good pressure in the shower. Staff were very helpful with information about restaurants. The only downside was the breakfast that was included. Not many healthy options. Lots of carbs. Maybe add yogurt to your offerings. Did like the fresh fruit and the ice water. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I liked that this hotel was not far from either Abingdon or Damascus for my bike trip. The breakfast offerings were surprisingly good for a small space. I would prefer different tv channel options during breakfast though (cartoons over fox news!)"

The pictures don’t show how comfortable the beds are, how clean the house smells, how vast the property is outdoors, or how calming and relaxing this places is. It was food for our souls!
