"We stayed at Church View for our annual family holiday. The house was spacious for the 10 of us with lots of space to socialise and play games. The beds were super comfortable and the patio area with ample seating and BBQ was a great addition! The town and beach were a short walk away - making it an ideal location. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay by the coast. "

"Nice big kitchen where we all had a leisurely breakfast and nibbles at night. My 96 year old mother came with us. The house is on a very steep hill, so we dropped her outside the house, then had to find parking, which was 3 roads away sometimes. "

"Just occasionally we come across a property that exceeds all our expectations. Internally every facility was provided, well furnished throughout in a very stylish manner. Both the kitchen and bathroom were modern and well maintained, making our stay extremely comfortable. The big big plus are the views from the lounge and garden both provided a breathtaking outlook along the coast toward Burgh Island and giving beautiful land and seascapes plus the most fantastic sunsets. Yes I really loved...

"This little house is in a brilliant and quiet location in a really nice part of Exmouth. It’s full off character (and superb art) and the rear terrace area is lovely. Everywhere in the town is within easy reach of the house and it’s a very comfortable place to spend a few days. Can’t fault it!"
