"The motel unit was well enough equipped, with kitchen and linen. The staff was helpful in accommodating our need to access the space before regular check-in times. We could not make the TV streaming services work. The website information did not represent the pet policy and pricing."

"Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed there for a recent trip visiting friends in Powell River. The place was clean and had plenty of parking. The best features was the marina & ocean view from our room's balcony, and also how quiet and secluded the place felt vs other hotels in the hearth of the town center. Can't really comment on the amenities because we didn't use much of them. I thought the liquor store was quite nice with a great selection. I hear the distillery and restaurant are good as well but we didn't get a chance to use them."

"This is a great example of glamping (glamorous camping) and if we were 20 years younger, it would have been a fun, quirky adventure. It is a tiny house experience with a lofted bed you reach by ladder and a remarkably effective port-a-potty kind of toilet. The location is amazing and the property is fun. Unfortunately for us, we’re not 20 years younger and the ladder ended up defeating me. If you’re flexible and athletic - give this a try! It’s a definite improvement over a tent "
