"If you enjoy warm or hot showers, this is not the hotel for you. I stayed here five nights and had five cold showers. I know stuff happens, so I let the front desk know. I was told by the assistant manager that he would send maintenance. Again, cold shower next day. I figured whatever he tried didn't work and let the assistant manager know again. Again, he said he would send maintenence. Well, long story short, it repeated every day. I asked nicely for them to do something to make it right, and they did absolutely nothing. Did not offer to switch rooms, did not offer points, they did absolutely nothing. "

"If your wanting a pet free environment, this is not the place. Even if i was traveling with one, i dont think it was sanitized well after each persons stay. "

"The room and staff were good. The eggs at breakfast tasted like they were from a box so not my cup of tea. I was told I would receive an email receipt which I haven't gotten yet. Also, I didn't know I would have to pay for parking, so I may look elsewhere next time."

"This place had EVERYTHING! These hosts thought of every single detail! We wanted for nothing while we were there and it gave us a space during a somewhat stressful stay during a Regional swim meet for our daughter where we felt as comfortable as we would at home! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they truly thought of everything! We would love to stay here again! Thank you for doing all that you did to make us feel comfortable and at home in a place we’ve never stayed before! You guys are amazing! "
