"I will start off with the staff the representator her name was Shar, if it wasnt from her I would not use this hotel again. She was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I was there on 9/2/2026. Before checkin the 1st person that talked to me was no help. She didnt give me any information about the hotel or anything else. I want to give praise of an employee when it is warranted. The hotel is on a strip of other hotel. Getting to the port was easy because I used the hotel transportation but other people chose to Uber and it costed them $70. The outside of the hotel is clean but once you step off the property you are on your own."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the wonderful lady from Hawaii and the gentleman from Hawaii at the front desk. They truly went above and beyond to help me and my family and made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Being from Hawaii ourselves, it was especially nice meeting them and receiving such genuine aloha and hospitality while away from home. They were patient, kind, professional, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Their excellent customer service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, but the amazing staff are what made the biggest impression on us. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to our fellow Hawaii locals at the front desk, for making our family’s stay such a positive experience. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved the breakfast and how simple and modern our room was. One thing i didn’t like about the hotel is how thin the walls are, you can hear conversations and the water running. Which I didn’t mind, but for people who want privacy, then maybe consider another hotel. Great breakfast. Our beds were amazing and comfortable!"

"Nice small hotel. Good location to family. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Very quiet for sleeping. Room was clean, but carpet was filthy. I walked barefoot for a few minutes, and the bottoms of my feet were black. Please shampoo the carpets. Staff is rather indifferent."

"Very convenient to the airport for an early morning flight. Had to leave before the regular breakfast but they had amply-stuffed brown bags to go! Rooms were nice, but a little on the small size - not a problem unless you have a lot of luggage."
