"The location of the Hotel was superb, literally in the Old town a minute walk from the old Square. The Hotel itself was outstanding with numerous historical features dating back to the 15 hundreds.
Classy room with air-conditioning, marvellous breakfast choice and very friendly helpful staff.

"Check in was frustrating. We waited too long behind a group who had a complex check in and wanted to make changes. Both clerks shouldn’t have had to tend to this group amd make everyone else wait."
"We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Hotel Poznan. The staff were extremely well trained, friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to the receptionist who was able to accommodate everything I asked for.
Both the bar and restaurant were great - the breakfast was worth every penny.
