"We stayed in a junior suite as a treat for my husband's birthday. It was gorgeous! There were macarons for our arrival, plus a token for a welcome drink at the bar. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, you got the feeling that if there were any problems they would jump on it to fix whatever it was. The coffee machine in the lobby was free to use all day everyday, and there were often little extras there too, like fruit infused water, or one night even a cocktail. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room with a powerful shower and underfloor heating. We only ate there once, as there's so much choice in Poznan, but it was beautiful. The hotel is so close the the central square, so it's location is ideal! We didn't get the breakfast, and instead chose to find breakfast in town (there are lots of bakeries on the other side of the square)."
