The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, train station and cultural high points like Tate Gallery St. Ives. The apartment was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy and the apartment was lovely. A great base for exploring the town and coastline. "Fantastic location, plenty of parking, everything you need (home from home) However the property is tired and needs some tlc. The garden is overgrown and the hedges are unkept which obstruct the sea views. Overall I would definitely recommend the property. "
