Very clean, tidy and good value. Traffic noise from the highway was always there but never intrusive. Nice cafe across the road with the same owners.

Great hotel in a great town
Amazing hotel, even came with a free breakfast buffet. Location around the hotel was pretty good too, the beach and pier is only a short distance away.

Not a very good location.
It was a very nice hotel, but not in a very good location. The staff were kind enough to provide a bike to get around easier, but it was still quite a ways from the beach, and the nearest 7-11 was 1km away. Not too many shops nearby either. It is a provincial Thai place, with many nice people and lovely food. We were in the middle of tropical Storm Pudak so it reduced our sightseeing.
