"The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was basic. There was a spiderweb on the nightstand lamp, and was never cleaned. Toiletries and paper were not promptly refilled. Location is great!!!"

"The location of the hotel is great. It’s an easy walk to most tourist spots. Nice breakfast included. Our room faced north and so quite dark even with the lights on (once we figured out which switch to operate them) same with dining room. Rooms to the rear of the hotel probably brighter and less constant noise from streetcars. "

"Where to begin....I have lots of good things to say and lots of bad things to say as well. First off, if you want to be picked up at the airport....make sure you tell them your flight details....they do not ask (or they didnt ask me) and I ened up taking the metro....with that being said it was easy to get to from there and a lot cheaper option. If booking on Expedia - check pick up prices with hotel as they are not correct on Expedia. This apartment was in a great location close to down...
