Helt okey hotell

Finns betald parkering både som hotellet tillhandahåller och man kan parkera på gatan och betala i automat. Frukosten var inget speciellt. Tar ca 5-10 minuter att gå till tunnelbanestation. Finns även spårvagn ca 5 minuter från hotellet. Helt okey hotell om man är på genomresa. Rent och fräscht.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, das Frühstücksbüffet bot etwas für jeden Geschmack. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Mit der Metro waren wir in ca. 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Einzig das Personal war etwas seltsam: gespielt wurde das lustige Spiel „wer zuerst lacht, hat verloren“. Dieses Spiel haben wir durchgängig verloren...

Trop peu de personnel pour la gestion de plusieurs hotels dans l'environnement immédiat. Exemple: 1 réception pour 3 buildings (hotels). Petit déjeuner: service correct mais endroit très froid, sans vie. Pas de personnel dans le building (excepté femmes de chambre), pourtant le plus récent de la chaîne.

Großer Hotelkomplex

Wochenendausflug nach Prag zur 115 Jahre Feier von Harley Davidson. Das Hotel lag nahe einer U-Bahn Station und auch die Straßenbahn war schnell zu erreichen. Laut Internet war das Parken vor Ort kostenfrei. Für das Parken der Maschine wurden aber dann 13 € pro Nacht fällig. Wenigstens war der Parkplatz bewacht und eingezäunt. Aber trotzdem zu teuer (26 €) für zwei Nächte. Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig. Hier fehlte vor allen Dingen frische Obst. Es gab zwar aufgeschnittene Melonen und Orangen, die aber beide nicht wirklich gut schmeckten.

Albergo in zona semicentrale ma il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile grazie alla vicina fermata della metropolitana. Le camere sono semplici e silenziose, e pulite. Ottimo per le sosti brevi.

Einchecken im Hotel

Also das Hotel war leicht zu finden...easy wenn man Google Maps hat sowieso. Nur die Rezeption war in unserem Hotel nicht vorhanden und es war zugeschlossen...Gott sei Dank hatte ich das email dabei!!! Da hatte ich die Tel. Nr. Ich habe der Dame am Telefon erzählt, dass wir vor dem Hotel stehen und wir einchecken wollen...diese war äußerst unfreundlich und meinte nur ... ja und? Kommen Sie ins Hotel Tristar. Das ist zwar daneben...ABER...woher bitte soll das jemand Wissen???? Bitte liebes Expedia Team: das wäre hilfreich gewesen, nach einer langen Anreise möchte man nicht lange Telefonnummern suchen, herumsuchen und schon gar nicht angegrantelt werden...das ist aber in diesem Hotel üblich, hab ich später bei unseren Frühstück noch bemerkt...leider! Sonst war Prag ein Traum!!! Ich würde auch niemandem von diesem Hotel abraten, weil der Preis stimmt und auch sonst alles in Ordnung war!!! Also bitte die Eincheckmöglichkeit im hotel Tristar angeben, dann passt alles!!!

Positives: Innenstadt ist mit der U-Bahn unter 10 min zu erreichen, Bewachter Parkplatz gegen Gebühr vorhanden (Ein- und Ausfahrt jederzeit möglich) Negatives: Rezeption nur zeitweise besetzt (Ein- und Auschecken sowie sonstige Belange über Nachbarkomplex), Frühstück macht satt, entspricht aber keinen 4* Standard

Sure og lite imøtekommende personale i resepsjonen. Ødelagt klosettsetering på badet. Måtte betale for internett, som måtte kobles til om og om igjen. Frokost bufeen ikke en 4-stjernes hotell verdig. Hotellet ble valgt pga voktet bilparkering
