Good hotel

Nice place, you get what you pay for. Clean rooms, the man in charge og breakfast was amazing, kind and someone you would take with you home.

Nice breakfast with a good choice. Waiter on breakfast service was impolite and unprofessional. He asked us to clean up after ourselves after breakfast and on our last day of 4-day stay, he asked for how long more were we staying at their hotel. We felt uncomfortable and not welcomed at all.

Alles war miserabel, sobald wir eintraten und ich zum Zimmer hinaufging, waren Schmutz in der Toilette von Vormietern, schrecklicher Geruch und Dreck. Der Service ist nicht vorhanden. Als wir darum baten, unser Zimmer zu reinigen, antworteten sie, dass sie allein sei und sich informieren werde Die Putzfrau musste am nächsten Tag dieses Geschäft schließen

CHAOS PUR

Ich habe ein Tag vor Ankunft angerufen ob wir die Koffer im Hotel abstellen können. Man hat mir gesagt es wäre ok aber am Ankunfstag war keiner da. Allerdings nach kurzem Anruf ist eine Frau gekommen - vielen Dank dafür. Check in selbst war total chaotisch, über halber Stunde gedauert. Rechnung noch nicht angekommen. Frühstück sollte eigentlich zur Verfügung sein, es gibt es aber nichts.

Zentrumsnah in Prag

Sehr gute Anbindung ans Prager Verkehrsnetz, in 15 Minuten ist die Innenstadt erreicht. Viele kleine Geschäfte in der Umgebung. Zimmer bieten alles, was nötig ist und das Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung. Für 2-3 Tage Kurztrip in Prag eine absolut saubere Sache!

Rent hotell men slitet, duschen var lite trasig, men strålen var bra. Trevlig personal. Liten bra frukost. Hårda sängar med tunna kuddar, lyhört. Med tanke på det låga priset för rum och frukost var det fantastiskt. På avresedagen öppnade de frukosten 1 timme tidigare bara för oss.

Prima plek om Praag te bezoeken.

Prima plek om te verblijven. Het centrum is goed bereikbaar. Op loopafstand in zelfde straat is een gezellig restaurant, waar goed en goedkoop eten en drinken is. De service in hotel is prima en vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is voldoende, maar voor Nederlandse begrippen karig qua keuze. Er is meer dan voldoende om te eten bij het ontbijt. Mijn televisie was helaas kapot en ik kreeg de keuze voor een andere kamer.

Tykkäsin sijainnista lähellä metroasemaa joten liikkuminen oli helppoa. Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia ja ikkunan sai auki vain hieman joten lämpötila nousi saunamaisiin tunnelmiin.

Clean, comfortable, nice local neighborhood

This is the second time we have stayed at the Henrietta. Both times, we found it very clean and comfortable. It is also in a great location, as far as we are concerned. It is part of an authentic local neighborhood with things you need (grocery store, bank, restaurants, etc.). It is quiet and out of the city center but you can go anywhere walking and.or via metro or tram. The staff is helpful but not nosy. The only complaint is that despite the fact that is a non-smoking hotel, the guests are allowed to smoke right outside the front door - which they frequently leave open- and it drafts up into the hallways.

Hyvä, siisti majoitusvaihtoehto rauhallisella asuinalueella. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet keskustaan ja muihin kaupunginosiin metrolla (10 min) ja raitiovaunulla (15-25 min valitusta linjasta riippuen) Yksinkertainen mutta hyvä aamiainen.
