I've been fortunate to visit Prague on many occasions; it's a city I'll never tire of. I prefer to stay a little out of the centre, happy to rely on what must rank as one of the very best integrated public transport systems in Europe (and very good value) This was my first stay at U Divadla, but I hope it won't be my last: There is a warmth of welcome from all the staff and a pride in keeping the place as inviting as possible. The breakfast is superb! Only minor grumble (for me) is that the pillows are far too big!

The hotel staff very welcoming and friendly, comfy beds and a great shower. Good selection for breakfast and plenty of options for all tastes. Location not too bad - just over a 5 min walk to the tram…and cheaper as out of town. However what lets the place down is that the area is noisy and therefore you can’t leave windows open to cool the rooms (no aircon) and the curtains do not fully cover the windows, letting light in…with the room getting light from 5:30am

First we were a bit skeptical because of the surrounding houses but as we checked in we were heartly welcome. Absolute perfect service, nothing negative about it. Rooms were totally clean, even on top of the wardrobe not a bit dust. We arrived pretty late and got a recommendation for food in the restaurant in the next building and we tried it and it was like the receptionist discribed it. Absolutely amazing team and nice czeck food, even around 10:30 pm. There are a few nice restaurants in the area, the Italian restaurant next to the parking space of the hotel was absolutely amazing too. Also you could get into town for a ticket for around 5€ p. P. for 24 hours within a 5 min walk.

Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Touches and Great Service We had a very positive experience during our stay. The hotel offered free parking, which was a big plus, even though it was about a 300-meter walk from the accommodation. The nearest tram station was also conveniently located, just a 5–8 minute walk away, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us — a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. Since we visited in the summer, we were pleasantly surprised to find a fan already set up in the room, which made our stay much more comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, varied, and delicious, a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, which really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable, well-serviced stay with nice little extras that make a difference!

Hotel con camere non spaziosissime ma pulite e confortevoli. Ottima e varia la colazione al buffet, sia dolce che salato, con un buon caffè. Degne di apprezzamento la fornitura giornaliera di una brocca d'acqua in camera, la prague pass gratuita nonché l'aperitivo in terrazza panoramica presso un altro hotel della stessa catena. Personale cordiale. Molto apprezzata al checkout: l'acqua in bottiglia, la calamita (gratuite) e un voucher di 20 euro per successivi soggiorni. L'hotel non si trova al centro ma a Prague4, tuttavia con 20 minuti di tram si raggiunge la città vecchia. Consigliato!
