日本のビジネスホテルのような感じで、ラグジュアリー感はないが、スッキリしていて、使いやすい。 ドア近くに、トイレ シャワーのみ。しかし、排水が良くない、室内に漏れないように、こまめに水を止めないといけない。 歯ブラシ以外のアメニティーは全てあり、セーフティボックス、冷蔵庫、電気ポット、ドライヤーもあった。お茶、コーヒーもあり。 フロントは、若いスタッフ、いい 問題としては、設備は、それなりにスッキリ清潔感があるが、 室内の流しの棚に、そのままグラスが置いてある。 黒の棚なので、汚れが目立つ。シンクの排水が悪く、臭いもある。つまりがあって、自分で歯ブラシで、直した。 ２日の滞在だが、室内のコップなどがそのまま、全体的に掃除が雑 そして、VIPアクセスの特典であるワインがなかった。 フロントに連絡したが、２日目にも、持ってきてくれない、 日本から連絡したメールの返信なし、プラハについてから、困ったことがあり、連絡したが、返事ない。 そもそもここは、メールは見てないのでは？ 残り２日、別のホテルを予約してるが、そちらは返事あるし、リマインドメールもくる。 深夜便で早朝到着の人が多いので、早朝から、ごった返していた。 早めにチェックインしたかった、している人もいたので、追加料金でもよかった。 クリスマスで、人手不足なのかもしれないけど、掃除の薄汚なさ、連絡しても返信がないのは、ありえない。

The room was very well equipped with many amenities although the space is quite limited and thus appeared quite cramped. It will be great if they can do something to add more space to place all these. Oddly there is no knob or rack inside the shower room and bathroom to hang your clothes or towels. So, it is extremely inconvenient and challenging whenever we used the shower room because we have hang our dry clothes and towels outside the door and reach for them after the shower. We like the lobby that is very brightly litted and the variety of food served at the breakfast table. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. Staff are generally very approachable and helpful. Location wise, it's like what the other reviews say, it is well connected to Metro and tram. There is a supermarket near the metro and a relatively good pho eatery opposite the hotel. Despite the minor flaws, it is still a good place to anchor in Prague.

Wir hatten noch eine Übernachtung in Prag gebucht nach unserem Marienbad Ausflug und haben aufgrund der angeblich sehr guten Garage das neue renovierten Hotel Urban Creme gebucht. Die Garage ist mit einem Aufzugs – hatte ich vorher noch nie diese Erfahrung – sehr gut erreichbar und es funktioniert alles perfekt. Es waren noch Parkplätze frei. Das Auto darf nicht so groß sein und noch nicht zu breit. Das Personal am Ankunftstag war sehr unfreundlich besonders unfreundlich war Frau Marie. Aufgrund des Status bei hotel.com, bekam ich ein Upgrade, und wir konnten ein etwas größeres Zimmer beziehen. Leider ließ sich dort die Balkontüre nicht öffnen. Mein Schwiegervater bekam ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einer sehr gewöhnungsbedürftigen Dusche. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut es ist sehr zentral und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe und wird in einem Restaurant im gleichen Gebäude des Hotels serviert. Es gab kein dunkles Brot auf meine Frage würde nach circa 10 Minuten eines gebracht, das frisch auf gebacken wurde. Die Auswahl war sehr übersichtlich. Wenn ich jetzt etwas Gutes erwähnen müsste, sind das die frisch gemachten Spiegeleier, die wirklich gut waren. Die meisten Kaffeetassen und Teller waren zerbrochen und es war schwer, einige vollständige Kaffeetassen zu finden. Kurz um das Frühstück war nicht gut. Einige der Mitarbeiter konnten nicht tschechisch und auch kein Englisch. Dieses Hotel kann man nicht weiter empfehlen.

Vi bodde heldigvis bare ei natt på dette hotellet, fordi det var veldig mye trafikkstøy fra gata der. Da jeg bestilte rommet, la jeg inn ønske om et stille rom mot bakgården, men det fikk vi dessverre ikke. Vi flyttet over til nabohotellet Grandior, hvor vi fikk et større, bedre og … helt stille rom i tre dager.
