"Pagamos por um quarto especial ( portanto mais caro) com saida diretamente para a piscina. Porém nao podemos usufruir pois a mesma estava completamente suja, nos foi informado que estaria limpa no dia seguinte, o que não ocorreu! O lavatório estava entupido e nao havia serviço de quarto. No café da manhã, apesar de sermos atendidos em algumas solicitações, era tudo muito limitado, havendo um certo constrangimento em solicitar a reposição! É uma pena pois o local é muito lindo e com um grande...
