O hotel só tem dois recepcionistas e que por sinal são lentos e sempre estão de cara feia, como se os hóspedes tivessem culpa de algum desconforto deles. Deveriam investir melhor no seu pessoal, aumentar os recepcionistas e rever esses horários de entrada e saída, chega a ser desonesto com o cliente, a ideia de diária não se aplica. They present the nicer rooms on the pictures, but as we checked in, they tried to send us to a building across the road that looked abandoned.
