"Great location & stocked with all the necessities for my visit. "

"The flat is well located near beach and sea. There is plenty of parking around the block if you come by car. The market is 10 minutes walk for shopping. A well appointed flat for two people."

"The apartment needs a coat of paint where the paint has been rubbed off on some doors and the walls in places. The bottom of the shower unit leaked causing water to go on the bathroom floor. The space around the bed in the main bedroom is rather tight and the wood frame expands into the limited space. We could have lived with these small problems but the noise from the flat above was awful and went on late into the night so we were unable to sleep. It sounded like furniture being dragged...

"Lovely apartment with everything I needed and more - all amenities listed were there along with additional nice touches like coffee (2 different coffee machines!), hair dryer, etc. The host reached out right after I booked to welcome me and give me access instructions. She was immediately responsive when I couldn't figure out how to work something (100% me just being slow) and then very patient. Will stay here next time I am in Setubal. Coffee and restaurants within 2 minute walk yet quiet...

"This flat is a gem!! Fantastic location, clean space, super comfortable bed, all the basics needed for self catering if you want, and loads of hot water for the awesome shower. You are within a 10-15 minute walk of most of the historic district, 5 minutes from Parque Bonfim, and 10 minutes from the bus terminal. Do yourself a favor and walk around the corner to the small park and have a pizza at the cafe. It’s fabulous. We highly recommend this property!!"

"My husband has respiratory issues and there was no way we could stay there. They offered another place nearby that wasn’t clean, then offered a third place way outside of the area we wanted to be in. We declined. They offered only one night refund. Will never use VRBO again. "

"It's a perfect little apartment, clean and modern. I loved that it's in the heart of everything--shopping, art, dining, beautiful cobblestone alleys, the Praça do Bocage (a lovely plaza with food, street music and shopping)... I had an amazing stay and this apartment was a big part of that."

"Paid Parking, $4 for 4 hrs only. Property had dirty towels, what looked like washed blood on the interior walls, AC that didn’t work, not enough crockery for 2 people, no cookware and the place is situated in what looks like a war zone. Dreadful, we had to leave after 1 night, it was awful. No instruction booklet to use anything, a washing machine only a size zero person can use (15” space). Complained but to no avail. Advertising photos are done with mirrors to make the place look bigger,...

"En general bien, aunque hay cosas a mejorar. Solamente hay calefacción por aire en la habitación del tercer piso, con lo que en la sala (segundo piso) y cocina (primer piso) hace frio en esta época (fin de año). Nos dijeron que tampoco tenían ningún radiador eléctrico disponible, ofrecieron mantas pero no llegaron s enviarlas. La puerta corredera del baño de la habitación se atasca, necesita ser reparada."

"Esta hospedagem é tudo que um viajante precisa quanto a limpeza, solução de problemas com o apartamento e localização. Tudo fica a passo da hospedagem, praias, resturantes, transportes, supermercados e o famoso mercado do Peixe de Setubal. Qualquer problema no apartamento foi solucionado rapidamente. No entanto, o ponto alto foi o atendimento pessoal que recebemos da Caroline, que quando necessitamos de um suporte médico nos apoiou rapidamente nos levando ao hospital. Não hesitem em ficar...
