"Visited the property on 5/11/26. Check in went ok. Came down from my room because I needed a couple of paper plates. I approached front desk and the front desk staff was on her personal phone. She looked at me like I was interrupting her phone call. I asked if she had a couple paper plates. She looked at me again like I was disturbing her and I could see she really didn't want to look. Almost told me no without looking. (Mind you there was a whole area for breakfast in the morning). She got up and looked in a closet or room which was right behind her, still had phone in hand, turned to me and said we are out of paper plates sorry. Um you literally have a breakfast room 10 feet from you with lots of cabinets which were all locked. I am guessing she really didn't want to end the phone conversation. Please don't tell me staff does not have keys for the cabinets. I find that hard to believe. You also had a room when we first got there that looked like a social gathering for guests. I bet there were plates in there too but that door was locked and down the hall. Do better seriously. I was tired and hungry, needed some plates from a hotel that literally serves food but I guess the phone call was more important."

"We originally were given a room that was still occupied. They then placed us in another room that was of lesser value. The shower head sprayed all over and the shower curtain was inadequate to keep water from spraying out. Breakfast was mediocre. We won’t be back."

"It was opening weekend. Staff were still being trained - meaning check in took a lot longer than it should have. Pool hours were dumb, it closed at 9pm (Maybe adults only till 11 would be good?). "

"Good value, everything you expect. The staff were kind, the room was clean, plentiful variety for the continental breakfast. Fitness room is GREAT so is the pool hot tub and working sauna. Wed stay again, good for families."

"Location is perfect! Shopping and Eating are all within walking range. Rooms are very clean and beautiful and beds are SO comfortable! The free Coffee was amazingly delicious. The connected Restaurant “ Farmer in the Dells” & the Silo Bar are excellent! "

"Pros: beautiful views, walkable to downtown with food and shopping options, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. Cons: no food or drinks at hotel (our stay was early May)."

"We were very disappointed with our stay at Natura Treescape Resort. We rented a cabin that was supposed to accommodate 6 people, yet we were still charged an extra $20 per person per day for the two people over the standard four person, which felt excessive and misleading. The cabin next to us had people smoking weed the entire stay, and the smell completely filled our cabin and the surrounding area. We asked to be moved to a different cabin, but the resort would not accommodate us. Housekeeping was also extremely poor. During our 3-night stay, nobody picked up dirty towels or emptied our trash. The bathhouse was dirty, and the towels provided were tiny, rough, and low quality. Overall, the experience did not match the price we paid, and customer service was disappointing. We would not stay here again."
