"Great location. Huge hotel. Awesome bar. Everything was as expected. Lines were kinda long to check in but we got there right at check in time for a KC opening game weekend so it was expected. A bottle or 2 of water in our room would have been nice though."

"The staff both at check-in and checkout made us feel like valued friends. The room looked and felt luxurious. I particularly loved the shower followed by large fluffy towels. Many amenities were available, but we were on a tight schedule and couldn’t indulge. Would love to stay here again."
