"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"Wonderful property with a lovely pool area. The apartment was clean and modern and well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces at property if you want to rent a car. 5 minute walk to a well stocked shop, and 10 mins walk to the sea front which has plenty of bars and restaurants.
