"This is not a hotel. It's a bunch of rooms in the 3rd floor above an abandoned mall (if you have a lot of luggage it's hard to get it there) Worse of all - it's above a nightclub and is impossible to sleep till 5am till the nightclub stops the music."

The coffee machine makes excellent coffee. The rooms are close to a square where there are many places offering breakfast. Highly recommend this place to explore Split and would definitely return. "

"Up There is one floor of a commercial building. The rooms are perfect! We got the Matejuska room, which has the harbor view and it was amazing! The whole week we were there, the only sounds we heard were doors opening! The staff is friendly and helpful. Although there is no night staff, contact information is in every room. "Thank you Goran - we loved our stay in Split at your property. Room was a good size and immaculate with a modern bathroom. Location was great - walk out the door and straight walk to town. Communication with host was great, especially as our accommodation was in a car free zone - very helpful tips about wheee to park. Also great info on the best beaches and sightseeing. Highly recommend for a couple wishing to stay in beautiful space and walk to everything. Highly recommend. "

We tried a few and they were all good. Everything was very clean, quiet unit despite being on the Riva! Our only comment would be to upgrade the towels and/or provide a second set. "
