"Shops nearby, nice staff,room is cleaned, air condition is good. But shower drain was blocked and water not goes through properly and it's not hotel, I mean didn't have amenities like Hotel"

"The room was wonderful. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly (especially Vinny). The elevator came in handy but could use some updating. At first it was hard to see where the hotel was but once we found the button to buzz in, it was good. We used the laundry service but could have used a less expensive option near by if we planned better."

"Fantastic location. Very clean. Other reviewers had mentioned noise as an issue, which is true if you leave the window open. When the window is closed, the double pane sufficiently cut out street noise for me (as I am a light sleeper). Staff were amazing and I had fresh towels everyday. Air conditioner worked fabulously. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Rome."

"Honestly? They probably advertise the hotel as you see it, and have no plans to follow through. If all you literally want is a place to sleep, do it. Don't count on the amenities, or really anything besides your bed working. A/C? Non-working unit in room. Rooftop Bar? Sure, there is one. It won't be open though. Hot tub? YES! It's there with no water in it. Wi-Fi? Don't bet on it working. Don't plan on seeing the wine glasses from those advertisement photos in person ever. They've got two plastic rocks glasses it seemed like they shared between every room."

"The location is very good. It is very close to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican. In via Crescenzio where the hotel is located there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and if you want to do some shopping. The reception staff is very friendly and attentive and the cleaning person does it very well. It is a simple hotel, well located well in a safety area. Normal Italian breakfast, bread, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices"
