"Very strange experience ! We booked this property for a stay at New Year and as there was no snow we asked Miriam if we could cancel and stay another time instead. "To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call.
