"Always great staying here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to the University of Dayton. Great restaurant. It's our first choice to stay in Dayton. Don't confuse this excellent hotel with the substandard Courtyard by Marriott located by the U of D Arena on Edwin Moses Blvd."

"Besides having clean, comfortable facilities, I was especially impressed with the helpfulness of the management. There was a snafuwith our reservations and, although he was not obligated to help, he was more than accommodating. We will be staying at this Holiday Inn on a regular basis each year when we travel to Michigan from Atlanta and back."
