SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. "Such a beautiful hotel situated right in the shore front. Parking is easy on lake front car park and it’s a very safe area. No issues at all leaving a convertible overnight. They do have their own car park too. Breakfast was lovely, all the staff very helpful. You cannot get a better location, right next to the boat moorings and several restaurants. The views from the hotel over the lake are fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Super helpful staff. Very nice hotel. However no internet in rooms and there is zero sound proofing - very unfortunate when neighbours watch TV. Thankfully staff gave us the option to move to a quieter room."

"Great hotel with amazing views from our room and the pool area. Friendly staff, clean rooms & great breakfast too. Only drawback is a steep walk uphill coming back from Limone town. There is a shuttle bus but this stops at 7pm."
