Is probably the best word to sum up this wonderful hotel,it's in a great location, the hotel itself is so nice ,the staff was amazingly helpful (we had car trouble and recommended a local place) the room was spectacular with bith views of the mountains and how clean it was . "This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional."
