"This place is simply perfect!! The property is right on the water of lake como with lounge chairs and Cabanas. It has an amazing pool over looking the lake. The owner and staff are awesome and make the stay even better. Rooms have a balcony overlooking the lake and are very clean. This place makes you feel like you are in heaven. You should look no further and book a stay here you will NOT be disappointed! This was my first trip to Italy and I would 100% come back here. If I could rate...

"Lovely welcome, the hosts are so friendly and very helpful providing local information to guests. Views from the hotel are great! Breakfast was served fresh in a buffet style. Fresh bread baked each morning was really lovely! Room was clean and comfortable. Quite a walk up the hill to the hotel but the views at the top are worth the climb! "
