"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. "Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts"

"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."

"Great service and nice staff. Was offered a free upgrade due to my mother possibly having difficulty with ladders and stairs. Convenient location next to the bus station and center of Megeve. Breakfast also had a nice selection of high quality pastries and the staff were kind. The only thing I would improve on is having a kettle in the room and better amenities in the bathroom."

"Modern, clean, comfortable. 10 min walk to Rochebrune ski area, shuttle bus runs every 20 mins to the centre. It stops around 730pm so you need to walk back but it's a lovely walk. Supermarket is in town so if you don't have a car, make sure you time it with the shuttle bus. Great comms with host."
