"When we arrived to check in we were told we needed to pay a $100 “refundable” fee that we weren’t told about prior and weren’t prepared for. This fee was not on the receipt anywhere so we were just supposed to trust that it would be refunded “in a few days.” The room was very small and the beds were very firm/hard and quite uncomfortable. The bathtub drain was backed up. Our experience was disappointing with this place to say the least. There are much better properties in Prescott for the same price and without any hidden fees. I hope this review helps others with their travel experience."

"Quickest check in I’ve ever had. The room was very clean. The only thing I would improve if possible is the bed. It was definitely not comfortable as it seemed like the mattress was really old. Would definitely stay again if it was only for one night because any longer the bed would be a problem. "

"Clerk at the desk was alone so check in was slower than normal. When we asked for a blanket, it took a while for her to get it to us as she was very busy checking in other guests. She was pleasant in spite of how busy she was and apologized for the wait times. Even with a sign on the front door saying there were no rooms available, people still kept coming in to try to get a room. I feel there should have been more than one person at the front desk, especially since it was graduation weekend at the local university. "

"The staff are all kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and cozy. Public areas well decorated and comfortable. Our room was well appointed, clean and had a view of Granite mountain. Bed was super comfortable. Very Quiet hotel. Walking distance to courthouse square and all the restaurants. "
