"The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was nice, a little small but worked being an indoor pool. Only complaint was other guests were a little loud at night."

"The pool was green and closed for repair. The room was clean but appeared old and not up to date with the photos seen online. The night shade was stuck in one position allowing a bright parking lot light to shine directly into the room. The shampoo and conditioner and shower soap are in canisters on the shower wall accessed by a pump which did not work on the conditioner. Four coffees were available but just 2 sugars and 2 creamers ( and you know how small those are). A free breakfast which closed at 8 had scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and home fries were cold. Only 2 bagels and wheat toast were available &1 well done banana was offered otherwise all fresh fruit, if there was any, were gone. A waffle maker was available. This hotel was too expensive for what we got and how things looked. The morning reception person was quite nice. SO disappointing. We left a day later and sacrificed a nights stay without a refund."

"So this was a staycation because we live about an hour away. We had a guest certificate for the spa and decided to make it an overnight. The spa was its own incident, but just be aware that if you are looking for their “couples massage“ that you have to book 2 separate times. We found out the hard way as there were no indicators when completing the reservation so my husband was unable to attend with me. As for the hotel, it was fine, but did not live up to the expectation based on price and location. The incident at the spa was our kick-off. Since my husband could not join me, he went to the pool. He sat at the bar (no one else was there) and of the 3 attendants working, no one acknowledged him. He left after 20 minutes. Multiple times when we went to sit on the porch off of the bar, trash from previous people were still on tables. Beyond that, everything else was really clean. Another big disappointment was that there was no coffee in the room. There was a note that said you could get coffee in the main lobby. I was not excited about having to dress and go down to the lobby for my regular cup of coffee. C I had wanted to spend a relaxing morning with coffee on our balcony. We dressed and left. The bathroom was OK. We did a balcony room and it was spacious but not worth the extra money. The bed was good. The guy that checked us out was nice. There was a charge on our bill from the pool that was not ours because my husband was never helped. He removed said charge."
