Food in the restaurant was worse we had this whole trip. Got GT and aperol spritz. Both flat no bubbles.
Hotel has a cigar and rum bar attached to it.

The waiter was very knowledgeable. Did a custom rum tasting for us. Would definitely come back to this bar. "

"When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. Don’t even consider this place for your stay. Never."
"Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne.
Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me.
They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was.
Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. "
