"My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to re-charge before starting the busy summer season (we have 3 kids). We had a wonderful time! Cozy cabin had everything we needed! We were on the water everyday. Love the kayaks! Enjoyed grilling, having fires, relaxing on the deck and by the water. Perfect location to unwind. Comfortable beds and very peaceful area. "This hotel has only been open for about 6 weeks and everything is brand new and lovely. Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were clean and nicely set up. The lobby was spacious. The staff were super friendly and nice. The breakfast was nice with lots of great waffle toppings as well as eggs, yogurt, potatoes, bacon, oatmeal with toppings, etc. "

"Due to some family stuff, my party of four turned in to a party of one. The place was a perfect relaxing getaway right on the lake. It was a great location for me because it was close to other family members, and many of them were able to stop by for a visit. The little store and the restaurant on the water were in walking distance and had pretty much anything I needed, not that town is that far away. I would stay here again but next time will try to bring my boat."

"Wonderful place to stay! Great location to explore Lake Huron, Roger’s City and Alpena. The home was exactly as described with all the amenities needed for a relaxing weekend. Very clean and well cared for. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. EV charging on the property was a plus! Definitely recommend and would book again! "
