"It's close to the Preston train station which is good but the windows weren't sound proof and because of that the morning work traffic woke me up at 6:30AM even with ear plugs in.When I finally got back to sleep I ended up waking up an hour later so by that point I thought I might as well just get up.There was also no bin in the room which i found quite odd but everythingelse was fine."

"The Villa is a very nice property with excellent and helpful staff in all areas. We had a room on the ground floor which felt a little damp when we first entered. We had a nice meal on our second night and the breakfast was more than enough. This was our second visit to the hotel and I’m sure we will return at some point."
