"We enjoyed our stay in prestwick which has great beach,dog friendly bars ,restaurants, and coffee shops and if you you don't have a dog your spoilt for choice It has been great to get away from the city and Come to this lovely sea side town"

"The location of the property was perfect. Close to downtown and restaurants and right on the ocean from the back door. Unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable. We found them quite hard. We found clothes in a drawer left by a previous guest. I would say housekeeping does the minimum clean and does not check to see if anything is left behind. We also found a duffel bag in one of the drawers. It was put on top of the wardrobe, as I am short it took a couple of tries to get it up there....

"Really noisy in all rooms from traffic, every time a bus passe on the main road outside, the floor vibrated. At least 30 minute walk to town centre. On 3rd floor with no lift. "

"We were only in the property a couple of hours before we were moved due to the building being unsafe. We were moved to an apartment at roughly 21:30 at night, we were moved to an apartment with no hot tub, as this was not the experience we were looking for we agreed with Donnini to leave the next morning and they would give us a full refund (we were booked for two nights). Over a week later Hotels.com and myself can’t get a response from Donnini and needless to say a refund hasn’t been...
