The service was not up to standard as at check in we were not informed of ANY house rules and it was rather challenging when we returned from dinner having being locked out of the entire hotel section and no security guard or assistance was in sight. "The hotel was very nice and very well kept. The buffet breakfast everyday was good but I did get tired of the food after so many days staying at the hotel. One thing I did not like was that washcloths were not given unless asked. And when asking for a new washcloth, the dirty washcloth had to be turned in. It was such a a weird situation.
