The shower head was also not functioning properly, making it difficult to have a proper shower. Additionally, I ordered wings as a snack, and they were quite poor in quality—definitely not what I expected. Overall, these issues significantly affected my experience. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to improve future guest stays. "
