"Our experience at the hotel was disappointing overall. Upon arrival, we struggled to find a proper place to park our vehicle, which was frustrating after a long trip. The reception staff were noticeably indifferent and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the start. Finding our room was unnecessarily difficult due to poor signage and guidance. The room itself felt like it was assigned as a last option—located in a corner, giving the impression that it was one of the least desirable rooms remaining. The bathroom floor was particularly problematic. The tile work appeared poorly designed, lacking basic functionality and comfort, which made using the space inconvenient. Breakfast service was another letdown. The staff behaved in a way that made us feel unwelcome, almost as if we were being rushed to finish quickly and leave. This created a very uncomfortable dining experience. The only positive aspect of our stay was the housekeeping staff, who were polite, helpful, and professional. The 2-point rating is solely due to their efforts. Overall, the hotel did not live up to its name or expectations. It felt like a below-average experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it."

"Room was clean and the extra cot we asked for was great. It did t seem flimsy/cheap like some of the other ones we have used before."

"The room we booked was very clean and roomy. The property was well kept and the staff was friendly. The only thing we found could be improved is to move the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap dish to a better location in the shower. Where they were placed on the shower wall alongside the grab bar (which we didnt need but nice to see one there) made the shower very tight and small. We found ourselves knocking our elbows off them more then once. Otherwise we were happy with our stay."

"The staff were amazing - kind, helpful and sincere. The room was large and well appointed. Everything was clean and room service was good. The breakfast buffet had lots of nice choices. We enjoyed staying and would definitely stay again."
